Mitch Boswell, born and bred in Albury, NSW, has built a remarkable career from humble beginnings as an apprentice electrician to becoming a leading Controls System Engineer and founder of The Happy Flow Company. With a passion for innovation and a deep commitment to excellence, Mitch has transformed his expertise into a thriving business serving diverse industries across Australia.
Starting as an electrician, Mitch honed his skills in electrical and instrumentation systems, laying the foundation for a career spanning food and beverage manufacturing, power distribution, shipbuilding, oil and gas, and wastewater treatment and delivery. His hands-on experience and drive to solve complex challenges have made him a trusted name in systems integration. From powering the production lines of Mars, Uncle Toby’s, Visy, Danone, and Kiewa Milk to contributing to major projects for Ichthys, Damen, Thales, and APA Group.
Under Mitch’s leadership, The Happy Flow Company delivers cutting-edge solutions to maritime and industry both locally and internationally.
