About

Mitch Boswell doesn't just build systems; he architects the digital nervous systems of modern industry. From his roots as an apprentice electrician in Albury, NSW, Mitch has spent two decades mastering the vertical stack of industrial operations—moving from the physical wiring of machines to the complex data pipelines of Industry 4.0.

As a leading Controls System Engineer, Mitch recognized a critical gap: the "language barrier" between the plant floor and the boardroom. He founded The Happy Flow Company to bridge that divide, turning raw operational data into actionable business intelligence.

His career is a roadmap of industrial excellence, having optimized production lines for global giants like Mars, Uncle Toby’s, Visy, and Danone, and contributed to high-stakes infrastructure projects for Thales, APA Group, Ichthys and Damen. Based in Australia, Mitch now leads a team that specialises in OT-IT Convergence, helping maritime and manufacturing partners transition from legacy silos to unified, AI-ready data architectures.
